I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you try, it not really hard to move up.

    Cons

Under appreciated, bad coverage, bad raises

    Advice to Management

We have to deal with associate that do the bare minimum, associates have way to many call in points and abuse them.
We don’t have enough equipment to get the job done. And they scheduling has been horrible for the front end. The fact that the associate that puts half the effort gets paid the same as me and receives a raise as well.
