I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Job security, and an easy atmosphere to work in. The company goes out of its way to make sure you're as happy as can be.

    Cons

Everything is broken down into boring simple tasks. But at least you have the extra mental space to contemplate the whys of the world.

    Advice to Management

No advice needed as they're doing just fine running one of the most successful businesses ever.
