    Pros

In this thrilling, fast paced work environment you'll find in quite interesting to work. With everything from competitive wages to 401K benefits, this company has much to offer. I was even given flexible hours in which I could spend considerable time with my young family.

In those situations you just have to remember to put yourself in the customer's shoes, listen to them and answer them carefully, and try to help as much as possible.
