    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Walmart full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nothing beats having the ability to pay your bills nor the reward of simply having a job well done. It once was a great Company.

    Cons

They take advantage of you, and do not appreciate you. This is not just the opinion of one person, nor a small group of people. When you walk through the store and see fellow workers all say the same thing ... that every Employee is miserable and looking for another job.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the foundation that Sam Walton built and intended Wal-Mart to adhere to throughout it's future.
