Quarterly bonuses (when store sales are met)
    Flexible Scheduling, especially for students.
The company honestly tries to promote a better lifestyle.
Tons of discounts through Walmart1 for workers.

    Cons

    High turnover.
You may have 3-4 managers/supervisors over you at any time and they will never be on the same page.
Younger workers view the stores as a stopping point or "free parking" until the next best thing comes along.
Management doesn't always follow the policy outlined.
    Alot of miscommunication

    Advice to Management

Stick to policy, this would greatly reduce miscommunication and unfavorable situations.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Walmart is a good company that treats employees and customers with great satisfaction. They have competitive pay and benefits for everyone.

    Cons

Walmart can be very fast paced and hard to handle patient needs which escalate to corporate calls; those calls should not always be inflicted on employees with punishment. The call complaints should be researched more in depth in order to move forward.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect and appreciation.
