I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

yearly raises, vacation pay, benefits are good,

    Cons

raises go up to only 80 cents, you get pulled into other departments, no set schedules, only a dollar more raise to jump into dept manager, If they know you work hard expect to get asked to do the hard tasks.

    Advice to Management

Should be more involved with the employees
