    Pros

The money and earning potential is good. The associates you work with are good. You develop some good long lasting friendships. You can make a difference in the lifes of customers you help.

    Cons

No real job security, the hours are very demanding and long. You can definitely kiss your personal life good bye. For the amount of time you spend working there it becomes your second home.
