    The pay and benefit are amazing to me. Also, the assistant managers are so helpful throughout your journey.

    Some challenges are rude customers, unorganized shift supervisor and rude support manager.

    Choice wisely of who you let work for your company, because it can be the closest people to you that can turn your store or company upside down.

    Great people and Teamwork within a shift. Easy work for those who have a brain.

    Those who work hard and get things done are typically expected to pick up the slack of the non-performers without any additional compensation and unfortunately typically without gratitude.

    Respect and develop your team. Show them you will lead from the front and they will run through walls for you.

    the good things about walmart are that they start at $9 per hour and once your done with your online training you go to $10 an hour

    i didnt like that Walmart just threw any work hours at me

    i feel that you all could be more proffesional and see what hours people are available instead of setting them up for failure.
