    Walmart has flexible hours and benefits.

    The only downside I have is if you are easy to get tired of working for Al living then this isn't for you

    You’ll have more time to spend with your family.

    Cons

    They cut your hours, no real teamwork, supervisors will talk to you any kind of way and retaliate by cutting your hours down to as little as 12 a week.

    Decent Pay, Discount Card. PTO

    Cons

    Work over time but no overtime pay. Make you take the over time hours off. Poor Management. All the Managers talk about each other but gang up on Associates.

    Nothing is really going to change so what’s the point.

    Pros

    The pay grade is good and the benefits are great.

    Cons

    Poor management. Certain guidelines are expected to be followed and when you are told to skip the guidelines you are reprimanded later for doing so.

    Advice to Management

    Follow "one best way" and everything else "should" fall into place as expected.

    Great place with decent pay co workers are the best part of the job

    Point system sucks it’s unfair. The 9 minute rule

    Advice to Management

    Remove point system if you aren’t going to let your employees use their ppto to remove the points especially when y’all say that’s what they are there for

    24 hours so you have opportunity for any shift and plenty of incentives, decent pay

    hard to change shifts if life style requires, you work very hard, titles and departments mean nothing
