I worked at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Guaranteed at least thirty five hours as a full time associate. Hour long lunches and fifteen minute breaks every two hours.

    Cons

The management is only worried about getting there productivity up as high as they possibly can no matter the cost to here associates

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Stable company- Walmart is not going under anytime soon.

    Cons

    Overworked and underpaid.
Be prepared for a heavy workload that won't be completed in a day.
Everything changes from one day to the next. May as well call the store "MoveMart."
Forget about providing customer service, there's no time for that.

    Advice to Management

A little employee appreciation would go a long way. A 40 cent raise is not an incentive to provide an outstanding performance.
