I worked at Walmart part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible schedule is the managers like you as a person. They will try to take advantage of part-time hours by scheduling you for 37hrs but never 40.

    Cons

Every single thing about working here is a struggle. They work employees to the bone with bad pay, hours, and benefits then expect you to have some type of loyalty to the company. It makes no sense.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees well and offer benefits like Costco and maybe you'll improve customer experience and loyalty in the process. High employee turnover hurts the bottom line.
