    Pros

Good bonus. U can make your on schedule after 6 month

    Cons

Always cutting hours and you have to do a job of 3 or 5 people. Most likely you take vacations the day that you want it’s either black out days or no cover

    Advice to Management

Treat others the way you want to be treated. You can’t ask for respect when you don’t respect others. Say thanks , appreciate when something it’s done right and great associates. At the end of the day we need each other

I worked at Walmart part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good, for an outgoing person.

    Cons

Working at Walmart is not a place for s person with social anxiety....like me. The customers took advantage of my timid nature, asking for lower prices, swipe my discount card for them, yell at me, etc.....and the employees and management ostracized me. Was an awful nightmare.

    Advice to Management

Encourage workers to REALLY show respect for the individual...work shouldn't be a nightmare for those who are not social butterflies, or less assertive.

I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None that I can think of right now but if something comes to mind I will update it. No point in writing something that isn’t truth. Being able to go to lunch on time would help especially as a phone operator

    Cons

Doing stuff that isn’t within my job description. Constantly waiting for someone to cover my lunch and it interferes with my job

    Advice to Management

Make associates go on their breaks according to their availability and put department managers to look at the TMATs for their department
