    Supports associates to achieve sales and profit goals while reducing shrink and turnover.

    Company stopped doing the pros.

    Advice to Management

    Take good care of your associates everyday. Say thank you as much as you can and listen. Be sure you are also appreciated and supported by your boss. The pressure starts at the top and trickles down.

    Listen to the employees first before you take the customers word they are not always right

    Pros

    The pay and benefits are very good. Most of the time, work/life balance is also good. I am usually given the resources and autonomy to run my area as needed.

    Cons

    Micromanagement from above the store level. Constant demands to run the business at a high level of execution but with fewer hours and people to do so. The people, the CORE of the business don't matter anymore.

    Listen to what the people IN the stores are saying. We know what we need to do.

    They will hire pretty much anyone reasonably, and give them a chance.

    Bureaucracy to the extreme and current attendance policy is harsh.
