    The best reason to work her is because i live in north utica so that close & i also know a few people that work there!

    Cons

    The challenge is being early be on time getting out bed when you have to!

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Management It can take years to become an overnight success. If you are willing to do the work and follow this advice, you can certainly  go far.! Hire for fit, train for skill, and if the opportunity presents itself, hire people who are better than you. Be prepared for the arrival of new hires so they immediately feel connected to the organization.

    You do your job they leave you alone, other then when they want you to paint, or to clean anything,

    Cons

    You clean bathrooms, your every manager servant, they ask you to paint when you don't know how

    14.50 an hour decent pay and steady job nice people and good job experience.

    Cons

    management is changing and heading in a direction i don't like and shift times are late.

    look at whats causing the problem and fix that instead of fixing the immediate problem. Not everything has to be done by the book.

    Pros

    Management can be very flexible and understanding with scheduling requests. Associates often work well together towards common goals. Teamwork is very important and is rewarded.

    Cons

    Very rigid authoritarian management structure.

    Advice to Management

    For store managers, be more present on the sales floor and interact with your employees. It can be hard to respect an absentee manager, or one who stays in their ivory tower all day.

    Supports associates to achieve sales and profit goals while reducing shrink and turnover.

    Company stopped doing the pros.

    Advice to Management

    Take good care of your associates everyday. Say thank you as much as you can and listen. Be sure you are also appreciated and supported by your boss. The pressure starts at the top and trickles down.
