I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great opportunity for advancement and resume building. Strong connections with associates in store. Hundreds of different jobs available all in one company. Competitive salary.

    Cons

Corporate home office is out of touch at times. Long hours and little time for family. Late nights/ overnight shifts. High employee turnover. No overtime.

    Advice to Management

Ensure proper staffing while leveraging wage costs. Get salaried managers home on time.

    Pros

Nice work environment, left alone by management for the most part of the day, easy work but also get paid like its easy work

    Cons

Management doesn't care about the accounting office at all, all they want to do is answer your questions so you shut up and let them take care of the sales floor

    Advice to Management

I would tell management that they need to show more attention to the accounting department because they take care of the money and let managers know about the problems going on with the money but management truly doesn't seem to care about the monetary problems.

    Advice to Management

Start carring more about your employees and less about yourselfs. Put some edfort in and hire the right people and do it right,
