    I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I don't see many pros , besides the discount card. Also maybe working so close to groceries so not having to drive elsewhere after work. Lol

    Cons

    Barely want to let you go for lunch break, don't really let you work on pathways to obtain 10 dollars an hour. Off schedule for weeks at a time.

    More hours

    Pros

    Gives you access to their stocks.

    Cons

    They are not fair when giving out shifts and you work long hours as a Mgr.

    Care more about your employees and treat them with more respect.

    great to work on communication & greeting ppl , a job that's gone keep you busy no matter what .

    when a customer having a bad they will take it out on you no matter how good your customer Service is smh

    Pros

    Starting pay is competitive for non skilled work. Career progression is highly possible if competent and initiative is shown. Opportunity to learn the interworking process of shipping process of a major retail company.

    Cons

    Hard and thankless work unless management is good. High probability of workplace injury if not careful. Must be vocal and network to achieve promotion.

    Advice to Management

    Place more trust in the employees working this position and understand the difficulty's internet with the position. Higher pay is needed to ensure consistency with the work and longevity of employees.

    Benefits , Good pay , Never a dull moment , you'll eventually come to appreciate the company

    Cons

    Bad managers overnight lol, they All were immature..
    Also very bad turnover rate

    Advice to Management

    be mature please it was like dealing with a bunch of adult babies. They acted like children when u tell them something serious its usually a sarcastic response
