    great to work on communication & greeting ppl , a job that's gone keep you busy no matter what .

    when a customer having a bad they will take it out on you no matter how good your customer Service is smh

    Starting pay is competitive for non skilled work. Career progression is highly possible if competent and initiative is shown. Opportunity to learn the interworking process of shipping process of a major retail company.

    Cons

    Hard and thankless work unless management is good. High probability of workplace injury if not careful. Must be vocal and network to achieve promotion.

    Advice to Management

    Place more trust in the employees working this position and understand the difficulty's internet with the position. Higher pay is needed to ensure consistency with the work and longevity of employees.

    Benefits , Good pay , Never a dull moment , you'll eventually come to appreciate the company

    Bad managers overnight lol, they All were immature..
    Also very bad turnover rate

    be mature please it was like dealing with a bunch of adult babies. They acted like children when u tell them something serious its usually a sarcastic response

    Pros

    Meet great people! Very Easy work a kid can do it! Always needed for work. Great Job for high schoolers/college especially if you want some extra cash.

    Cons

    Pay sucks! Minimum wage. They work you silly. You stand literally all day. Your feet will feel like they are going to fall off by the end of the day. I was a cashier. If you have two jobs they WILL NOT work with you. That's why I had to leave

    Care about your employees. We have lives and families too!
