I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The quarterly bonuses, Associate discount center, discount card, 401k, stock options, PTO.

    Cons

There are some ridiculous expectations. The pay could be better. It would be great if the management team could all be on the same page with everything. There is no longer holiday. If you choose to or scheduled to work a holiday you must use your PTO and hope to be approved.

    Advice to Management

Everyone should be on the same page with the rules, and what is expected.
