    Advice to Management

Better staffing. Lot of days doesnt seem like there is much help even on busy days.

I worked at Walmart (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good exercise and some customer service experience

    Cons

It gets tiring after a while and you get paid 13 dollars an hour. Sometimes management will rush you.

    Advice to Management

Focus on what you can get done in a reasonable time frame.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you get full time you will most likely have a set schedule and you get great pto/sick time. The 10 percent discount is also nice especially on big electronics purchases. Work isn't difficult after learning the basics and while requesting vacation can be difficult you do earn up pto quickly. MyShare bonus can be really high if your store has good enough scores and you receive one every 6 months.

    Cons

Horrible treatment of hourly sales associates. Poor management and poor fellow associates with low work ethic. Either expect to do everyone else load of work or fall in line with all the other under achievers. No in between.

    Advice to Management

Watch you associates on the floor and be more gratuitous to the ones that work hard. Raise the expectations of workers and stop allowing slackers to do the bare minimum to keep their job.

    Help associates help customers
