I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enjoy working at Walmart, little bit of hard work there but having fun with co-workers lot of opportunities to growth. Different of culture diversities. Recommend everybody should be working at Walmart at least once in the life time either part time or full time . Can't buy everything for less without knowing why

    Cons

Working more for less, policies mean nothing here. Making a mistake got slap on the wrist then back to work

    Advice to Management

Please enforce all the policies and don't let the bad guy get away with murder(s)

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Like to get myself involved in multiple projects. Very eager to learn new skills. Like to get feedback on any accomplished task.

    Cons

Like to overlook sometime on certain minor projects. Demand too much sometimes from my associate when it comes to quality and quantity results.

    Advice to Management

Always get your team involved in decision making process and be open minded. Always provide the required information and resources available to assist your team prior to moving on with any project. Be supportive and a leader.
