I worked at Walmart part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice people, both employees and customers. Learned a new trade.

    Cons

Hours were bad and their restrictions were horrible. If your were late three times, in all your time there you were fired. No questions no leeway. Not cool for people with multiple years of service.

    Advice to Management

Take into consideration traffic and weather conditions. Put employees before the bottom line.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Sometimes they work your schedule.

    Cons

They work you like a mule and pay minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay for unloader and anyone stocking aisles and aisles of food. My back will never be the same from that job.
