I worked at Walmart (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Challenging, problem solving, work alone, and learn something everyday.

    Cons

Too many bosses. Directors always looking for ways to lower maintenance fees and letting someone go after 5 years and accusing them of stealing without due process. Just because they want their maintenance fees lowered and you make too much. They can get a new person in for less money.

    Advice to Management

Consider each individual as an isolated case. If someone gives you good work and is out because of being in the hospital too long don't fire them. If someone is out because they do not want to work then let them go. You know the difference.
