    Pros

    There really are no pros for working for Walmart. One has to be very careful with anything that Walmart does as it self serving. For instance, if the company wants to let an employee go, it will ask the employee if they would rather go on an improvement plan, quit or get terminated. This merely done because if an employee quits, it will likely not be able to get unemployment.

    Cons

    Ignorance is praised. If a person is intelligent, they will not succeed. I have truly never dealt with so many ignorant people in my life. Granted there are a few diamonds beneath all of the dirt, but one has to be careful when dealing with Walmart. Make sure that everything is documented as the company will state something that is conflicting. Be very careful with the people who you associate with. There are many...

    The company needs a massive overhaul from the top to the bottom. Ignorant people need to leave. Do not fear those who are intelligent, but embrace such.
