I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mostly good people to work with. Decent paying job while attending school. Feels good to put a smile on a customer's face. Breaks and lunches are mandatory. Discount card works for everything in the store except food products.

    Cons

Some customers are just never in a good mood.... they are usually regulars too. Some employees are absolute slobs in the break-room and on the store floor which is slightly embarrassing and doesn't help the Walmart image at all.
    POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

    Advice to Management

Just communicate. Having two co-managers working one side of the store with differing opinions on what needs done, is a burden on the employees and assistant managers.
