    Pros

    Great company to work for. Strong corporate culture. Large enough company to encourage internal networking and exploring work on different teams. Conservative compared to other bay area jobs with frugality in benefits and job perks but scale of work adds a lot of job satisfaction.

    Cons

    Corporate bureaucracy - frequent presentations, reports, check-ins, etc.

    Teach you all aspects of what can go into such a large operation.

    I was more interested in corporate so learning store operations was a drag at times.

    Pros

    -Management works with your schedule to an extent
    -Great pay with opportunities for quarterly incentives!
    -They offer 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 12hr weekend shifts
    -Upward mobility within the company is actually possible

    Cons

    -Shortage in available overtime if needed

    Good environment at the Distribution Center.

    Cons

    I'm stuck on third shift 9pm - 7am. PTO has been decreased.

    None that I can think off.

    Cons

    Male management bring you in for interview and do not listen to your answers because they do not hire women in management positions in Smyrna . They bring women in before the males so they meet the numbers for interviewing women.

    Advice to Management

    Try hiring women ..were not that bad.
