I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Somewhat medically related. Gets away from most of what wal-mart is. Working with the optometrist was great.

    Cons

It's walmart. The pay is poor, the management is questionable and no one matters. Yearly raises of $0.25 an hour were supposed to be regarded with admiration and wonder.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good Technician Coverage for the most part

    Cons

Patient's can be challenging like all retail pharmacies

    Advice to Management

We need to somehow bridge the gap between the pharmacy and the store. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the two and it would be so helpful if the store manager and the pharmacy could work together better like they do at Walgreens.
