I have been working at Walmart (Less than a year)

    Pros

They were pretty flexible with your hours for part-time staff and considerate about giving time off during exam season if you're a student.

    Cons

They force you to sell the Walmart MasterCard and don't understand that it's annoying to customers and ruins the interaction. Management also doesn't do much about customers who berate and abuse workers.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting customers harass your workers. It makes them not want to be in that environment.
