    Excellent customer service, Product knowledge, Pricing, Product variety, Low prices

    Cons

    To much of a physical job and low of personnel

    Advice to Management

    Hired more personnel and place them on strategic areas in the store. This would end giving a better customer service.

    Fixed hours per week
    Professional environment in the pharmacy

    Cons

    Worse place to work. Associates are not taken into consideration at all.
    Management only concern about costumers.
    Walmart policies are not implemented in the reality.
    Schedules are done base on Management priorities

    I have been working at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Discount card.
    Co-worker friendships.
    No other pros-whatsoever.

    Cons

    Terrible communication from managers.
    Unrealistic tasks.
    Constantly being called for shifts when you are a college student, if you have a family or other obligations.
    Unfair treatment.
    Always understaffed and sometimes you are overworked.
    Needs security not greeters.
    No online scheduling system like metro/loblaws.
    A lot of the people looking to rise are toxic and power hungry.
    Constantly reviewing pay stub to ensure I am not robbed.
    Reducing HR staff/personnel staff on sites.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate, fire bad employees, treat good reliable employees properly, understand realistic expectations.
    If I could give a review of zero or less I would.

    Everyone you encounter is friendly because you have to live through it together.

    Cons

    The culture of clients and even other coworkers is not at the highest, even if they all mean well.
    Part time as a student were always till close and on weekends.

    Try to create a better company culture so your employees can care about the store
