    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Walmart

    Pros

There are many opportunities for promotion. The benefits are good and co-workers are generally good to work with. It's better than being unemployeed.

    Cons

Too many managers and supervisors and too few associates to perform the work load. Lack of communicatin between managment, supervisors, and associates.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be on the same page when selagting work to associates. Management and supervisors should lead by example and get out there on the floor and actually work rather than walk around and bark orders/
