    Pros

    You have an schedule of 45 hours a week, but in order to make things run great, you will need to invest more hours and that will counting your social life to zero. Required a lot personal time

    Cons

    As salary is hard to plan your personal life. Long hours of work especially in The holidays. No personal life

    Advice to Management

    Best company if you don't have family

    Management have a hard time talking to you as a person. It's more like they are talking down to you.

    Advice to Management

    Open door policy should really mean open to have a conversation about the way a person whether management or not and not have worry about a backslash from it.

    I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    430 every two weeks after taxes (probably 500 now a days) , 1 week vacation after a year

    Cons

    Managers are petty will get on you about hair color evelasges tight pants etc. most of them r jealous. Walmart is messy tho it's like high school all over again

    Advice to Management

    Stop being petty and find something to do you guys r never busy just watching ppl waiting for them to do something wrong
