    Mostly easy, same routine, most of the people you work with are great.

    Cons

    Covering other departments alot, overworking employees. High expectations for low pay.

    Be better at asking for help, don't take down to employees.

    I can't think of any, I had a positive experience.
    There is a lot of standing, walking, going up and down stairs!

    Made you feel like family except the Customer service managers, worked with schedule

    Cons

    Customers are rude, no chance for raise until a year, CSMs are cocky and rude, just not worth pay

    Advice to Management

    Take the time to work with the trainees a little more, give them a chance to do pathways, and stop being such idiots (to CSMs)

    Profitable Company with good benefits providing stable employment.

    Too much favoritism, managers getting promoted based on "who they know" rather than" what they know".

    Market managers need to know what is going on in their store. Culture is reactive rather than proactive!

    I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I was able to create a relationship with the managers and get along with the night crew. Each night was very productive.

    Cons

    We were very understaffed and I would do my very best ensuring the store is prepared by 7 am. There were some nights were unable to.

    Pros

    Going to walmart has always been mentally challenging, so yeah working there has no pros :-)

    Cons

    Unprofessional managers, contradicting trainers & messed up company culture and structure

    Advice to Management

    Follow the training provided to the Assistant Managers. Dont tell them to thrw the training material away as soon as you start
