    Mostly easy, same routine, most of the people you work with are great.

    Cons

    Covering other departments alot, overworking employees. High expectations for low pay.

    Be better at asking for help, don't take down to employees.

    Pros

    You’ll get your breaks on time and you’ll have some sort of training before you’re on the floor. The work is relatively simple.

    Cons

    Management can have unrealistic expectations for tasks and moving up is a battle. You’ll be expected to work with bare minimum coverage.

    Make sure that your associates know that they’re valued as an employee.

    I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Was able to learn how to break down pallets and zone to make things easier to view for the customers.

    Cons

    Long hours and i felt like they had no concern for their seasonal employees over worked and under appreciated.

    Advice to Management

    Maybe every employee should be evaluated in the same way for 2 reasons and those are some of the temp workers go above and beyond in all aspects of the job more so than no temp employees and that when a worker is made to feel like a robot that can be replaced their job performance is going to have a big impact on how they are treated.
