I worked at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Definitely, the benefits that they offer for full-time workers, as well as the experience one can gain if they're still inexperienced in the workforce.

    Cons

One downside I would have to say is the fact that if they're short people, practically everyone is full-time, but that's only if you don't want to work all those hours. Another would be whether or not management and regular worker relationships in that no one tries to make enemies out of the other as that has been the case in my experience. Other than that, it's a great place to work at.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to not abuse authority but to also not be lax with employees. Do what's right, and even if there is a lot on their plate, to prioritize based on what is most important and deal with added problems with the best attitude possible.
