I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

High pay per hour for distribution, meals for holidays and big screw ups, loads of discounts on services for employees through walmartone.

    Cons

Meals they provide are either from lower end suppliers or from local restaurants that couldn't otherwise get advertised, while management dines on BWWs with employee of the month - woot. Although the pay is high, they use Always Low Hours, so it's moot. Every shift is overstrained and understaffed, and refuse to adapt to the changing generations. Walmart one discounts are useful only to someone who makes 65k or more...like...

Pay some stinkin' attention to your workers' ideas.
