    I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Most of the co-workers are considerate and respectful. It is very good to see many different customers every day.

    Cons

    The pick up hour system it is bad, it let you time for nothing, also you deal with irrespective people.

    Advice to Management

    They need to be consistent with steady hours for the workers. The pick up hours system is malfunctioning.

    Providing enough support help to accomplish daily task will provide for a better work environment which wll make for a better shopping experience for our customers

    Pretty flexible with schedules and easy job of you just do what you're told.

    Cons

    Don't pay very well and customer service can be a depressing industry to work in.

    Listen to your employees more and don't be so assertive with your power.
