I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Lots of hours (within the part time allowance)
    -some schedule flexibility
-you can transfer to nearly any other WalMart

    Cons

    -minimum wage
-training needs improvement (other cashiers who do not care train you) and then you learn the rest on your own, while dealing with angry customers who are in a hurry.
-breaks get pushed back or combined later, because of lack of cashiers and large quantity of customers
-Higher management (like everywhere else) tends to have attitude problem
