I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Walmart warehouse is one of the few big companies around this area. Some of the benefits are getting a 10% employee discount, having insurance and a 401k

    Cons

Very stressful job. Management is only worried about the numbers and do not care for the employees. There is tons of blackmail, backstabbing, bad mouthing, verbal abuse and Management sleeping with employees. Employees voices are never heard, you are to be their robot no matter what as long as their numbers look good on paper.

    Advice to Management

Look at situations as a whole instead of worrying about ONLY the numbers and the money.
