    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Walmart full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Medical benefits after 1 year.

    Cons

Callous, uncivilized, unprofessional management; vulgar, rude, aggressive, screaming and cursing at employees. Embarrassing and demeaning employees; mental abuse. Uncouth and poor personal hygiene.

    Advice to Management

Mandatory 4 year degree (managers were not academically educated). Training in business etiquette, diversity training. Do not hire people with poor personal hygiene (rotted out teeth, strong, offensive odors). Do not scream and curse at employees. Do not allow employees to scream and curse at each other. Be accepting of people from all different cultures. Do not demean employees, make fun of employees, mock and... gossip about employees, spread rumors about employees. Always have a positive attitude and make sure employees are not being intimidated. Fix your system for making complaints without retaliation or repercussion. The system that is in place is supposed to make employees feel comfortable going to management, but the management itself is corrupt and you will be outcasted and eventually forced to leave the company.
