    Your performance is not just based on how well you do, but on how well you do compared to the rest of your team and paygrade. Frequent layoffs

    I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    There is no pros for this company at least it pays my bills

    Cons

    Very long hours and they don't pay enough management is horrible and they don't treat their employees good at all

    Advice to Management

    It's very hard to get promoted to manager they like to hire people that are not qualified for the job title they hold

    I worked at Walmart full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

    Ability to move up quickly, even without a degree.

    Cons

    Lots of politics. They put you on a bunch of worthless tasks just because people are complaining loudly or a Sr persons asks. No evaluation of business benefit.
