CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND GIVE THEM TIME OFF WHEN THEY GET HURT ON THE JOB AND PAID TIME OFF, CHECK IN ON YOUR DEPARTMENTS EVERYDAY NOT ONCE IN A WHILE, BE MORE RESPECTFUL TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND BE MORE NICE AND UNDERSTANDING TOWARDS THEM, WHEN SOMEONE QUITS AND REAPPLY'S TO THERE SAME PLACE AS BEFORE GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANGE DON'T HIRE ON OTHER PEOPLE THAT'S NOT EXPERIENCED AND NOT ABLE TO DO HIS JOB GOOD BECAUSE THERE BIG OR OVER WEIGHT.
