I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 10 years

        Pros

Getting the position you want and getting the help you need when short staffed,

        Cons

Not always getting the shift you want. Scheduling against your availability. Sometimes not willing to work with a sudden change in availability. Not having enough help.

        Advice to Management

Need to be more willing to work with an associate's sudden change in availability whether or not there's the hours for it or not. Hiring more help so that if someone calls in or doesn't show up certain departments won't be short-handed.
