There are a lot of hard and good workers, that are under paid and un appreciated. Walmart is a monster company. They can afford more than 20cent raise per year. Medical benefits needs to be improved. I have been with this comoany for 9yrs and barely making 13.00 an hour that is why I am looking for other fulltine job or part time to make ends meet for myself and my daughter.
