I worked at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My store had a really friendly staff that welcomed new associates with open arms. The leadership is great, we all know our place and how to do our jobs. The Quarterly bonuses are great, and there is always some benefit that associates can take.

    Cons

Managers can be a bit lazy, promotions are really rare, never offer to do something because if you can do it you are expected to keep doing it, and there are some associates that can get away with doing almost nothing during their shifts.

    Advice to Management

Listen to associates more, don't let associates be lazy

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

Walmart is a big company, therefore, I receive all the benefits I could want including vision, medical and dental insurance.

    Cons

    Not enough staff.
Does not pay enough to keep techs inside the company as a career.

    Advice to Management

Managers should hire more technicians to have more on standby when people call off.
