I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The training program is exceptional. It is a good one for employees to get used to they system before going out on the floor.

    Cons

In order to survive these days, it usually takes a person working 40 plus hours. For most employees, Wal-Mart only offers part time hours. Makes it hard to survive.

    Advice to Management

Pay closer attention to who is working really hard for them.
