    You get to work and learn in different departments

    Cons

    If you move and try to transfer it's hard to get in. Cannot work over 40 hours.

    You get the opportunity to learn the whole store. You don't have to stay in one part of the store you can learn and transfer positions.

    Cons

    Some of The Managers that work there aren't as professional as a employee would hope.

    The only advice I would have is hopefully to learn to be more professional to your employees
