I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay and the benefits are great, compared to other grocery stores they are the best as far as pay goes.

    Cons

They treat associates like garbage. If they schedule you six hours, they force you to clock out for a half hour. If you go over six hours without clocking out, even if you're helping a customer, they will coach you. Some Wal-Mart's are better than others, the smaller the town the worse they treat you.

    Advice to Management

Treat you best workers better. Stop taking the good workers for granted, a little acknowledgement goes a long way. Fix your monthly all star system to recognise hard work and dedication.
