I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's a job. Get a discount. The only reason this job even has a star is for the fact it is paying my bills (but just barely).

    Cons

Management is horrible and will leave you hanging, scheduling is terrible and understaffed so managers can get a bigger bonus rather than having enough people on the floor, no positive reinforcement, working just under full time so they don't have to give benefits, horrible people, horrible staff, horrible working hours.

    Advice to Management

Attempt to even care about your employees.
