    cashiering can be stressful. long lines, constant standing, the occasional disgruntled customer

    Not enough hours, work never finished. Management very disrespectful.

    Talk with your associates and get to know them. managers just walk by you and don't smile or say hello. Employee's are treated disrespectly.

    Flexible schedules for college, easy to transfer stores, 10% employee discount, retail skills are transferable for other jobs.

    Cons

    Mistreatment of associates; unethical HR practices; cares more about bottom line than employees; lies when conducting review for raise.

    Advice to Management

    Your associates are human beings and many of them know store operations better than you do. Take their ideas seriously. Recognize talent rather than responding with insecure aggression.
