    Pros

Helping others is my number 1 priority. Make sure that the customer finds everything they are looking for. if not order it for them
Meeting people , I can get along with anybody

    Cons

The salary could be a little better.
the moral is not where it should be. If you work for the public, take care of the associates. The company must make sure the associates should be happy.

    Advice to Management

    happy employees, happy customers

I have been working at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good hours with open availability
    relatively flexible schedules
nice co-workers that actually help and understand anxiety
Good pay for an entry level job
    Time passes quick while working

    Cons

Management does not care if you have a severe anxiety disorder.
    Some long shifts
Working positions you weren't hired to do

    Advice to Management

Dear management, if you have an employee that (severely) does not like doing something where someone else is capable of doing it, don't force the one employee to do it then.

Manager said so herself, they're there to run a business and if an employee cannot "fulfill" the job requirements, they'd have to find someone else who will. Care more about your employees. You'll see a difference in them actually staying for the job.
