I worked at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They pay pretty well for what is required of you and there are very clear steps to higher positions. In my store, management was overall good. Hours weren't always the best but even then, I loved working there and was sad to go.

    Cons

Sometimes hard to get as many hours as you want if you aren't full time

    Advice to Management

While small morale boosters, associates at my store loved getting pins and other recognition when they were doing their job well. If criticizing, be constructive!
