    Management are basically robots and there is no freedom for lower management to make decisions

    Advice to Management

    Give associates more freedom to make decisions in the store

    Some coworkers are the best people you'll ever meet
    Bonding with customer regulars is fun

    Cons

    Management is a mess
    Impossible expectations to manage three departments on your own
    Some lower end mangers nitpick but don't do anything but flirt with other coworkers

    Pros

    They give upright respect, it's look your own family.
    You get to spend the holiday's at home with your family the day before.
    It's a really good job.

    Cons

    The only downside is there on a point system.

    Transferring when you are full time not garanted that status is not good , means you can’t move like you want to unless you are management
