    when I first started work here, one thing that made me love buildpharmacy is workers enjoy 100% health insurance coverage throughout your working career

    Cons

    there is actually nothing specific I dislike about buildpharmacy, on the contrary, they are one of the best employers I know

    the management should maintain their strict and strategic way of ruling because that is actually one key reason to the successes of this company

    Pros

    Always something to do or learn.
    Plethora of growth opportunities.
    Quarterly bonuses (when store sales are met)
    Flexible Scheduling, especially for students.
    The company honestly tries to promote a better lifestyle.
    Tons of discounts through Walmart1 for workers.

    Cons

    High turnover.
    You may have 3-4 managers/supervisors over you at any time and they will never be on the same page.
    Younger workers view the stores as a stopping point or "free parking" until the next best thing comes along.
    Management doesn't always follow the policy outlined.
    Alot of miscommunication

    Advice to Management

    Stick to policy, this would greatly reduce miscommunication and unfavorable situations.

    good benefits and good people regarding sales associate..

    Cons

    management was terrible... no communication what so ever.

    Advice to Management

    You need to communicate with the sales associate on the floor. they are your life line. Communication goes a long way. I had a terrible history in that particular enviroment and i was not happy to be honest.

    Pros

    Work wit some great people, as well as learn lots about how to help and sell phones and other electronics to customers!

    Cons

    while working for the electronics department you can get pulled around to many other departments making the work in your department quite strained.

    Advice to Management

    Understand that with few people and many basses to cover your employees could get swamped or burnt out fast leading to poor job performance and customer service.

    Pros

    Meet a lot of great people and co-workers. Easy to move up positions if you work hard, have a positive attitude, get to know all the supervisors. You will gain a ton of experience, especially in customer service, use the experience to build up your resume for other jobs.

    Cons

    Putting in a lot of work for terrible pay. Only a raise of 40-50 cents a year. Job gets old really quick.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to CEO's and upper management, pay your workers more! Worker satisfaction definitely boosts work productivity.

    Great comraderie ... good management ... somewhat flexible regarding scheduled work hours ... enjoyed helping customers to meet their needs and desires to the best of our ability ...

    As new person ... start out as part time ... shift schedule specified by middle management ... over time became full time ... more flexibility
    regarding desired shifts ...

    No advice regarding management ... if we had ideas they listened ... hope the continue to do so ...
