    I had the best frontend manager they worked with me on my medical issues

    Cons

    The way you are treated & there always skipping your breaks or lunches needing to use the rest and told no you pretty much will wet yourself

    Advice to Management

    The salt lake store on hope ave needs alot of work get rid of half the management constantly always outside smoking get a new co-manager who has No respect for there accociate's quit treating people like dirt.

    4 months maternity leave and full pay. Very nice I had a lot of time off with my son. Works well with my school schedule.

    Insurance could be a bit better.

    Pros

    decent income there is a working restroom

    Cons

    short breaks spaced out too far. hot, filthy, dangerous work conditions. impossible goals to reach. too many red-lights due to large, back breakingly heavy items barreling down the lane. extremely tight, claustrophjobic trailers that are difficult to move in. covered in bruises daily. tyrannical supervisors that degrade and actively humiliate the workers.

    Advice to Management

    set reachable goals. I am better fitted for a different position- the one that I applied for and was told that I would be moved into after 6 months. its been 8 months. this job makes me so depressed and I loathe coming into work
