    Pros

Good benefits, not too bad pay.

    Cons

Micromanagement at the extreme. Prefered treatment to certain individuals.

    Advice to Management

If the goal is to make a profit for the store, then a good work enviroment is a must. Constant micromanagement reduces productivity tremendously. Insane overstock of merchandise hinders work performance and increases markdowns excessively.
