    Pros

    Extra Pay for Christmas gifts.

    Cons

    The other employees know that you are only going to be working for 3 months, so they treat you like you are trash waiting to be set out.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to the ENTIRE staff, not just your friends. Stop making the new 15 yr old a manager

    Pros

    Discount benefits for being a Walmart associate such as movie tickets car buying hotels insurance cell phone bill education amusement parks

    Cons

    No support from management which then leave the associate not caring about their job which leads to poor customer service and bad experiences

    Advice to Management

    Some store managements need to care more about their associates appreciate them since everybody is part of the team and a team is whats needed to make the store successful

    Leave home problems at home and come to work with a positive attitude because the customers have none to do with it.

    Sometimes hard to talk to managers. They never really seem interested in anything unless it benefits them.

    Pros

    fun coworkers. fast pace. holidays were always a surprise. customer service managers very helpful to new employees(at least to me). water allowed at register.

    Cons

    short breaks ,standing at register warranted. . chairs or stools would be nice. customers sometimes in a big hurry and forget to be a little nicer. fingertips wear out opening all those bags.
