I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My Co-Workers, Store Manager and Assistant Managers are all wonderful. They are very kind and understanding.

    Cons

Some of the Department Managers aren't great. The apparel Department Managers tend to just toss their work at us. The money isn't wonderful. One of my coworkers has been with the company for 3 years and only makes 22 cents over minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Department Managers need to start carrying their own weight. I understand that they are a type of manager but they aren't that much higher than the associates and they need to do their own returns.
