    I worked at Walmart full-time

    Pros

+Lots of room for advancement, if you're in a department that is not cashier.
+PTO after you've worked so many hours

    Cons

+Could take years before you get a promotion.
+Benefits don't kick until you've worked for so long
    +Favorites are a constant

    Advice to Management

Make sure to acknowledge everyone who works, because there is constant bullying or favorites being played. Makes a person hate working there.

    Pros

Fun Co-workers, fair managers, set schedules

    Cons

Often overworked, no shown appreciation, Lack of full training if working register.

    Advice to Management

A better Shadowing method, making sure any worker going into any specified area like the front end has a good idea of ALL tasks, not just the most important.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you work hard people will notice and you will move up

    Cons

Management can make or break a store. If they are not doing their jobs, or are rude to their employees it will harm the store in many areas.

    Advice to Management

If you treat your employees with respect you won't have such a high turn over rate and people will be happy with their job.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Has great benefits for employees that are full time. They are always about the customer so always smile they love that. :-)

    Cons

If only they treated employees like customers there probably wouldn't be as much turn over. Some upper management have a tendency to be rude

    Advice to Management

Maybe if there were classes to teach store managers how to respect and not belittle their employees things would be a whole lot better
