    if you enjoy living paycheck to paycheck with almost no chance for advancement and minimal pay and no respect from your bosses, then a Walmart career is in your future, but not mine. Sorry. If the truth is not spoken,then what is the point of communication.

    Treat your employees better. Have more picnics and show them you appreciate how much they slave away to make you shine and be profitable.
